flexibility and coordination
without strain or pain.  That's
why we have introduced regular

NEW Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Unit
now open

The new unit contains six individual treatment areas as well as a larger gym area for patient rehabilitation, enabling Holly House to offer superior physiotherapy and integrated rehabilitation to a far wider audience.  New services being introduced include rehabilitative Pilates sessions and stress management therapy.

This investment in the new facility will enable us to maintain the high quality of care we provide to the local community including many local professional sportsmen and women.  The new unit is centrally located within the hospital as part of what will be the new dedicated outpatient facility, when it opens later this year, meaning patients will soon be able to access consultations, diagnostic imaging and physiotherapy all under one roof.

All of our physiotherapists are experienced chartered physiotherapists who offer a combination of the latest treatment techniques, exercise and advice to treat patients.  They treat people of all ages with physical problems caused by illness, accident or ageing including back, neck and shoulder pain, upper and lower limb conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and posture-related problems.  The unit also provides a number of specialist services including acupuncture, electrotherapy, biofeedback to identify muscle imbalance, phototherapy for the treatment of a variety of skin conditions, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

So, whether you have a painful back, are recovering from surgery, or have suffered an injury playing sport, we can help you recover full fitness and mobility
