The results of our latest patient satisfaction survey for the last quarter of 2011 are in and we’re very proud to say that:

94% of respondents rated our overall quality of care as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’
95% were satisfied with our admissions process
92% rated our physiotherapy service as ‘excellent or very good’
97% rated our diagnostic service as ‘excellent or very good’
91% rated their accommodation overall as ‘excellent or very good’
87% rated our overall catering as ‘excellent or very good’.
