For those that use our hospital services, it is important that the best possible care is offered and that our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge in order to provide this. Equally, it is essential for us that patients are cared for in a pleasant environment by staff who consistently exhibit positive customer-oriented attitudes and behaviours.
We recognise that every member of staff plays a key role in achieving this aim, and endeavour to promote customer-oriented staff through sound recruitment, induction, training and feedback.
