Paediatrics is the branch of medicine concerned with the development of children, and the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of childhood diseases.

 

We have a number of Consultant Paediatricians who consult at Holly House, as well consultants in most specialties who treat children including dermatology, ENT, oral surgery, ophthalmology and urology.

 

If your child needs further treatment, we offer a safe, friendly and supportive environment for young patients and their families. We have two specialist paediatric nurses, so your child will be assigned a nurse who will works closely with their consultant to ensure continuity and a trusting relationship during their stay.

 

We have children’s meal options and your child will receive a special Bravery Certificate and Holly House teddy bear to take home after their visit. Parents or carers are able to stay overnight with their child in their private, en-suite patient bedroom.

Your child’s GP will usually need to recommend that they see a specialist, before they can be seen or treated at hospital. Ask your GP to refer your child to Holly House Hospital, and then call us on 020 8936 1201 to make an appointment.
